The following dates are a tentative schedule for the SETA District monthly Thursday Scouting family get-togethers for the 2009-2010 Scouting year.
February 11 — March 11 — April 8 — May 13 — June 10
Meetings will be held at 7pm on each of the dates listed at the Christ United Methodist Church in Sherrill, NY. (Some training sessions may begin at 6 pm)
The purpose of this evening will be to offer program ideas for Boy Scout troops, Cub Scout packs, Venture Crews, have a meeting place for the youth members of the Order of the Arrow, and to offer training to those needing the subject of the month.
This should help to promote "going green" as you can bring two adults and two youth in one vehicle for sharpening hands on skills and Scouting knowledge while promoting the growth of an active Chapter of the Order of the Arrow Lodge.
At the evening's end we wil all come together to get the latest District and Council related news of the month and share what each group did to help enhance their Scouting knowledge that night.
Monthly subjects will be sent via e-mail. Training subjects may be requested one month in advance so the presenters can have the proper mateirals for the group. Acknowledgement of training attendance is necessary so as to have the right number of ahandouts and other materials for the training session.

SETA District Committee Meeting
Meetings are held the first Thursday of the Month at 7 pm in the cafeteria of the Oneida Health Care Center.
